Job Title: US IT Recruiter;
Location: Preferably Hyderabad; Remote;
We are looking for 2-5 years experienced recruiters with a strong background in US consulting and staffing.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with consulting firms, sourcing candidates for contract and full-time roles across various clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and qualify candidates for IT/Non-IT roles based on client requirements • Work with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), social media, and networking tools (LinkedIn) • Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing to offer negotiation • Coordinate with consultants and vendors (Corp-to-Corp, W2, 1099) • Submit profiles to clients and manage interview processes • Maintain relationships with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding • Excellent communication skills. • Skills in Microsoft Office are needed. • Ceipal Experience preferred.
