Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven Dice Applier to join our talent acquisition team. This role requires experience in sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates through Dice and other portals for US-based IT positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and submit qualified candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.
Use Boolean searches to find relevant profiles.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates regarding job openings.
Maintain and update the internal applicant tracking system (ATS).
Submit candidates to job requirements from vendors or direct clients.
Ensure timely and high-quality submissions with complete candidate details.
Required Skills:
0-1 years of experience in Recruitment
Hands-on experience with Dice.com and other sourcing platforms.
Familiarity with US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be willing to work in night shifts (US timings).
Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Prior experience in working with implementation partners and system integrators.
