Responsibilities
• Maintain and build relationship with new and existing clients and collect their staffing requirements
• Gathering requirements from Tier-1 Vendors of clients, Job portals and other networking techniques.
• Full cycle of sales - gathering requirements, submitting consultants, negotiating and confirming the best rates, follow up for interview schedules and closing the best deals.
• Maintaining a database for future requirements and generate daily/weekly reports to assess growth
• Work in team of sales market bench consultants to clients resulting in closures for contract positions.
Requirements
• Work Experience: 4 to 5 years
• Experience in US IT Staffing, Bench Sales, Marketing and Recruitment Life Cycle
• Capable of Developing Prime Vendor & Direct Client relationships.
• Must have good network & contacts in US IT Staffing Market
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high- paced, target oriented business environment.
