🔧 Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment process
Source candidates through portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.
Screen candidates for technical fit, availability, and communication
Coordinate with candidates and clients for interviews
Maintain recruitment data, trackers, and daily reporting

✅ Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment
Strong understanding of various tech roles and IT skills
Hands-on experience with Indian job portals (Naukri, etc.)
Good communication and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines
Must be available for immediate joining
