Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Work closely with Account managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Leverage various channels such as job boards (e.g., Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top IT talent.
Conduct thorough resume screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in IT.
