Looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter with proven success in marketing bench consultants (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, EAD) to Tier-1/Prime Vendors & Direct Clients.
Must have strong vendor/client network, sourcing skills, and solid knowledge of US IT staffing & visa regulations.
📌 Must-Haves:
✔ 3+ yrs in Bench Sales
✔ Excellent communication
✔ Experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn
