What You’ll Do:
Manage the end-to-end IT recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and closing positions.
Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their requirements.
Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
Maintain a strong pipeline of quality profiles for critical IT roles.
Ensure a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
What We’re Looking For:
2–4 years of hands-on IT recruitment experience
Strong understanding of IT skills and technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Science, SAP, etc.).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
