Work closely with hiring/account teams
Conduct initial screening interviews (technical + culture fit)
Keep candidate pipelines active and organized using ATS tools
Stay ahead of hiring trends and build great talent pools

2–4 years of solid IT recruitment experience
Awesome sourcing & communication skills
Understanding of IT roles, tech stacks, and how the industry ticks
Experience with ATS tools
Flexibility for international time zones
