We are expanding our Talent Acquisition team at Dexian and looking for dynamic IC role to drive top-notch hiring strategies in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
As a core member of the TA function, you will:
✨ Act as a strategic TA partner to the business
✨ Own full-cycle technical hiring for roles like Full-Stack Developers, Azure Architects, DataEngineer, PHPLaravel, Javafullstack, ServiceNow Developers, DevOps Engineers & more
✨ Create impactful sourcing strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, GitHub, internal DBs)
✨ Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding
✨ Influence hiring outcomes through strong stakeholder collaboration and data-driven decisions
🔑 What You will be Doing
✅ Craft compelling JDs and recruitment campaigns
✅ Screen for both tech skills and cultural fit
✅ Run virtual hiring drives and structured interviews
✅ Drive offer closures and minimize drop-offs
✅ Maintain ATS hygiene and reporting accuracy
✅ Share market intelligence on niche skillsets and trends
