What You'll Do:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various IT roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job boards to identify and engage with candidates.
Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain candidate relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of technical roles and skills in the IT industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
