What you’ll do:
🔹 Drive the full recruitment cycle — from sourcing to offer negotiation
🔹 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for key IT roles
🔹 Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
What we’re looking for:
✅ 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical/IT recruiting
✅ Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.)
✅ Good communication skills.
