Job description:• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Source, screen, and engage top tech talent across various platforms.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.
• Ensure timely closures and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with the team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
• Immediate joiners preferred to start contributing from Day 1.
