🔍 Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Technical Recruiter with proven expertise in hiring for engineering roles, particularly within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing and recruiting profiles such as Embedded Software Engineers, Data Scientists, and candidates for select SAP-related roles (Note: Not a dedicated SAP recruiter). This position requires a deep understanding of technical roles and the ability to work closely with clients across the U.S., with strong engineering knowledge and experience with semiconductor clients or Tier-1 vendors.
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience recruiting for technical roles in the U.S. market, specifically in:
o Embedded Systems / Software
o Semiconductor industry
o Data Science / AI / Machine Learning
o Select SAP engineering roles (not a SAP module-specific recruiter)
Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment processes, including visa classifications and time zones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with VMS/ATS platforms is a plus.
