We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for a variety of roles within the automotive industry, including technical, design, manufacturing, engineering, sales, and administrative positions. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce to support our company’s growth and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job requirements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified Automotive Engineering professionals.
Post job openings on appropriate job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific sites.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
Maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, industry events, and proactive outreach.
Ensure compliance with all legal and company hiring policies.
Track and report key recruiting metrics to measure hiring success and areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies or partners as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience recruiting for OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or automotive dealerships or Brands
Knowledge of automotive certifications, trade schools, and training programs.
Bilingual (English/Hindi) a plus.
