Prime Team Partners is searching for a self motivated technical
recruiter to help us further drive the growth of our business. We are
experiencing rapid growth at the moment because of very strong and
increasing demand from our clients. As such we would like to hire
a Technical Recruiter with a good understanding of software engineering
and other related technology positions.
Prime
Team is a technology staffing and consulting services firm. Our offices
are located in lower Queen Anne. We have been in business 12 years and
have a great list of established clients that we have worked with over
the long term and some exciting new accounts as well. We provide
contract, contract to hire and direct hire resources. We provide a great
work environment and a generous compensation package.
We
seek a motivated individual with a positive attitude that can help us
as we continue to grow. There are two primary functions of the
position. The first is working with our customers and account managers
to understand our clients’ needs. Your advanced communication skills
will be vital as you partner with clients to gain an in depth
understanding of the search assignments you have been tasked with.
The
second challenge is to search for and screen suitable applicants. This
will involve contacting and interview prospective candidates, drafting
job descriptions, writing advertisements, advanced internet research,
database searching and networking with technology and recruiting
professionals. You will have a plethora of search tools at your disposal
including an industry leading ATS/CRM system that will help you
maximize your efforts and minimize time spent sourcing candidates.
The
ideal candidate has at least two years experience working at a staffing
company or as a corporate recruiter. The successful candidate will have
exceptional customer service skills and have the kind of drive and
enthusiasm necessary for a target driven environment. We are wiling to
provide training for this position and will consider candidates with
customer service and / or sales experience.
Our
compensation model is very competitive. We pay 30% commission on each
candidate you place (more if you also account manage the client) and we
pay competitive base salaries. We have medical, dental and 401K. We have
an experienced recruiting team, so we don’t do a lot of hands on
management. We simply hire great people and allow them to go to work
finding exceptional talent for our clients.
