🔍 What You'll Do:
Source and screen top IT professionals using platforms like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch, and more
Conduct interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit
Negotiate salary/rate terms and ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with Account and Delivery Managers to meet client needs
Stay updated on tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), visa types (H1B, GC, USC), and industry trends
Maintain accurate records in our ATS and deliver top candidates under tight deadlines
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of experience in US IT recruiting
Excellent sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of US tax and visa classifications
Experience with ATS/CRM systems
Bachelor’s degree preferred
🌟 Nice to Have:
Experience with technologies like Java, .NET, AWS, DevOps, Data Engineering
Knowledge of VMS tools/MSP environments
Prior work experience in EST/CST time zones
